[10-28-2026] Riverside County, CA – Three Reportedly Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash in Palm Springs

Three people may have sustained injuries in a two-vehicle collision in Palm Springs on Wednesday afternoon, October 28, 2026.

According to police, the crash was reported shortly before 3:10 p.m. at North Gene Autry Trail and Salvia Road.

Initial reports indicated that a gray Toyota Camry and a red vehicle were involved. Emergency medical personnel were requested after at least one occupant reported chest pain. Responding officers identified three people with possible injuries.

Emergency crews assessed those involved and provided medical assistance. The extent of their injuries and whether anyone required hospitalization was not immediately available.

The Palm Springs Police Department’s Traffic Unit continues to investigate the cause of the collision.
