[10-27-2026] Tulare County, CA – Bicyclist Killed in Vehicle Collision in Visalia

A 63-year-old woman was killed in a bicycle collision with a vehicle in Visalia on Tuesday evening, October 27, 2026.

According to the Visalia Police Department, officers responded around 7:30 p.m. to Dinuba Boulevard and Glendale Avenue.

Officers found the woman in the roadway. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators said she was riding southbound on Dinuba Boulevard when she attempted to cross the road eastbound and was struck by a vehicle.

The driver remained at the scene. Authorities had not officially released the woman’s identity.

The collision remains under investigation.
