[10-15-2026] Fresno County, CA – One Killed, Another Seriously Injured After Rollover Crash on Friant Rd.

A 25-year-old driver was killed, and a passenger sustained serious injuries in a single-vehicle rollover crash in Fresno County early Thursday morning, October 15, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly after midnight at Friant Road and Belcher Road.

Officers said a McLaren was traveling northbound on Friant Road when the driver lost control, struck the median, and overturned.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger was transported to Community Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.

CHP said drugs and alcohol did not appear to have contributed to the crash.

The investigation remains ongoing.
