[08-28-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Woman Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash in West Rancho Dominguez

A 35-year-old woman was killed following a multi-vehicle crash in West Rancho Dominguez, Los Angeles County, on Friday afternoon, August 28, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded around 2:10 p.m. to reports of a major traffic collision near Rosecrans Avenue and Main Street.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner identified the woman as Kiah R. She died from traumatic injuries on a sidewalk. Authorities have not disclosed how the victim was involved in the incident.

Authorities said a suspect was taken into custody after briefly fleeing the scene. No description of the suspect or additional information on what led to the fatal collision was immediately available.
