[08-23-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck By Vehicle in Burbank

A man was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Interstate 5 in Burbank early Sunday morning, August 23, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 12:45 a.m. on the southbound I-5 Freeway, just north of Alameda Avenue.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities did not immediately release his identity or additional information about the vehicle or driver involved.
