[04-13-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Ten People, Including Eight Children, Hospitalized After Crash on 170 Freeway

Ten people, including eight children, were hospitalized after a single-car crash on the 170 Freeway in Sun Valley, Los Angeles County, on Monday afternoon, April 13, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the crash occurred around 2:15 p.m. on the southbound lanes of the freeway, just south of Saticoy Street. 

Firefighters reported that all of the victims were transported to nearby hospitals in fair condition. The circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation by authorities.
