[02-03-2026] Orange County, CA – DUI Arrest Made After Fiery Crash Into Parked Cars on Main St and Maple St.webpA motorist was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a fiery crash involving multiple parked vehicles in Orange early Tuesday morning, February 3, 2026.

According to the Orange Police Department, officers were dispatched at around 1:35 a.m. to a reported traffic collision at the intersection of Main Street and Maple Street. 

Investigators stated that a white sedan traveling northbound on Main Street crashed into a parked pickup truck, triggering a chain-reaction collision involving additional vehicles.

Police reported that two of the vehicles involved caught fire following the crash. Authorities said the driver of the sedan and one passenger were briefly trapped inside the vehicle before being freed.

Both occupants of the sedan were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. 

The driver of the sedan was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. No identifying information about the driver was released.

The incident remains under investigation.
