[09-30-2025] Person Airlifted After Two-Vehicle Crash on SR-166 Near MPM 32A two-vehicle head-on collision occurred on State Route 166 near mile-post marker 32 in San Luis Obispo County, on Tuesday evening, September 30, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported just before 6:00 p.m. and was caused by a passing attempt. 

One person was airlifted from the scene by ambulance with injuries ranging from minor to moderate.

Authorities continue to investigate the collision.
