[10-28-2024] 15-Year-Old Minibike Rider Killed After Hit-And-Run Crash in KoreatownA 15-year-old minibike rider, Joseph R., was killed early Monday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Koreatown, Los Angeles, on October 28, 2024. 

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash was reported at approximately 1:30 a.m. 

Authorities stated that the boy was riding northbound on Arapahoe Street when he lost control of the minibike, sliding into the intersection, where he was struck by an eastbound vehicle on Olympic Boulevard. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A detailed description of the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run is not currently available, and the investigation is ongoing.
