A 28-year-old woman identified as Halee W. died, and two children were injured when a vehicle left the roadway in a residential neighborhood in Big Bear Lake, San Bernardino County, on Friday afternoon, September 27, 2024.
The crash occurred around 3:45 p.m. at the intersection of Swan and Pinecrest Drives, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and coroner’s records. When deputies arrived, they found the vehicle had collided with a tree.
The woman and the two children were transported to a hospital for treatment, where Halee W. succumbed to her injuries shortly thereafter.
