According to the Visalia Police Department, the incident occurred around 11:20 p.m. in the area of Noble Avenue and Watson Street. 

Responding officers found the man suffering from severe injuries, and he was transported to a local hospital, where he later died.

The vehicle involved fled the scene, and the identity of the victim remains unknown. Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the vehicle responsible.
