One pedestrian, possibly on a bicycle, suffered injuries following a hit-and-run in San Diego on Thursday evening, September 28, 2023.

According to the San Diego Police Department, the incident occurred on 16th and Commercial Streets at 8:09 p.m.

The victim was found conscious before being transported to a hospital, but the injuries sustained remain unknown.
