A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle in Willowbrook, Los Angeles County, on Sunday evening, September 03, 2023.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash happened around 9:13 p.m. in the 1600 block of Imperial Highway.
The victim was declared dead at the scene, while the vehicle was found with front-end damage nearby.
It is currently unknown whether the driver sustained any injuries or remained at the scene. The authorities have yet to release further details about the fatal collision.
