[08-08-2024] 16-Year-Old Male Biker Killed After Being Struck by Vehicle in ClovisA 16-year-old male biker was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Clovis on Thursday night, August 8, 2024.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened just after 7:00 p.m. on Fowler Avenue near Perrin Road.

Officers responded to reports of a vehicle hitting a young biker along Fowler Avenue. Upon arrival, authorities found the boy suffering from major injuries. He was immediately transported to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. 

It is not immediately known if the driver of the vehicle that struck the victim remained at the scene.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and no further details have been released at this time.
