According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at around 8:10 a.m. on northbound Highway 99 near the on-ramp for eastbound Laguna Boulevard. 

CHP said that two vehicles were involved in the crash, and a possible minor injury was reported. No information is available on the injured victim’s identity or condition. At this time, the official cause of the collision is unknown.
