A student was injured after being struck by a hit-and-run vehicle in Rohnert Park on Friday morning, May 3, 2024.
According to the Rohnert Park Police Department, the collision happened on Snyder Lane between Spreckles Performing Arts and Rancho Cotate High School.
Authorities stated that the student was riding on a scooter in a crosswalk going to their school when a vehicle crashed into them. The victim sustained injuries and was transported to the nearest hospital for immediate medical attention.
