[10-30-2026] San Diego County, CA – Fatal Head-On Collision Reported on Old Highway 395 in Fallbrook

A fatal head-on collision involving two vehicles was reported in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Friday morning, October 30, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at around 6:36 a.m. at the intersection of Old Highway 395 and Dulin Road.

CHP logs indicated that a red Honda Civic and a blue Hyundai were involved, and both vehicles sustained significant damage.
