[10-17-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – One Taken To Hospital After Two-Vehicle Crash in Sylmar

One person was transported to a hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Sylmar, Los Angeles County, on Saturday morning, October 17, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 9:15 a.m. on the transition road connecting the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway to the westbound Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway.

The collision involved a black Chevrolet Tahoe and a black Toyota sedan. The injured person was taken to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills. Their condition was not immediately known.

The investigation remains ongoing.
