[10-10-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Motorcyclist Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash in South LA

A motorcyclist, a man in his 30s, was killed in a hit-and-run crash in South Los Angeles late Saturday night, October 10, 2026.

According to Officer Jason Lee of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Division, the crash occurred at about 11:30 p.m. near Avalon Boulevard and 68th Street.

Police said a vehicle turning left from Avalon Boulevard onto 68th Street struck the motorcyclist, who was traveling southbound on Avalon Boulevard.

Paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Police did not have a description of the suspect vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing.
