[10-10-2026] San Diego County, CA – Man in Wheelchair Seriously Injured After Being Struck By Vehicle in Lincoln Park

A 67-year-old man in a wheelchair suffered serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle in a Lincoln Park strip mall parking lot in San Diego County on Saturday morning, October 10, 2026.

According to the San Diego Police Department, officers and an ambulance responded shortly before 5 a.m. to 220 Euclid Avenue.

Police said the man was hit by a 2017 Toyota Sienna driven by a 69-year-old man. The victim was taken to a hospital with six broken ribs and fractures to his left tibia and fibula, authorities said.

The SDPD Traffic Division is handling the investigation.
