[09-26-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Two Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash in Boyle Heights

Two people were injured in a hit-and-run collision in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, on Saturday afternoon, September 26, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash was reported at around 5:40 p.m. in the 600 block of Forest Avenue, near Folsom Street.

Police said a silver Dodge struck approximately four parked vehicles, injuring two people, including a 22-year-old man.

At least one person was transported to a hospital with severe injuries. Additional information about the conditions of those injured was not immediately available.

The driver fled the scene following the collision, and no one was in custody as of approximately 7:00 p.m.

Authorities continue to investigate the hit-and-run crash.
