A pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries in a hit-and-run crash in San Francisco on Saturday evening, September 19, 2026.

According to the San Francisco Police Department, officers responded at around 8:18 p.m. to the intersection of Mission Street and Park Street, where they found the injured pedestrian.

Police officers provided aid to the victim until medical personnel arrived. The pedestrian was then transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

SFPD said the vehicle and driver involved in the collision did not remain at the scene. No description of the vehicle or driver was immediately provided.
