[09-17-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Pedestrian Fatally Struck By Vehicle in Arcadia

A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle on the Foothill (210) Freeway in Arcadia early Thursday morning, September 17, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at around 12:53 a.m. on the eastbound 210 Freeway just west of Fifth Avenue.

CHP said the driver involved remained at the crash scene. Authorities did not immediately provide additional information about the cause of the incident.

The investigation remains ongoing.
