[09-14-2026] San Francisco County, CA – Seven People Injured in Four-Vehicle Crash on Bayshore Blvd. and Industrial St.

Two people were critically injured, and five others suffered minor injuries in a four-vehicle crash in San Francisco on Monday morning, September 14, 2026.

According to the San Francisco Fire Department, the collision occurred at around 6:00 a.m. at the intersection of Bayshore Boulevard and Industrial Street.

Fire department spokesperson Samuel Menchaca said seven people were transported to a local trauma center following the crash. Menchaca said everyone involved in the collision was wearing a seatbelt. 

The San Francisco Police Department reported that alcohol and drugs did not appear to be factors in the crash. The cause of the collision was not immediately known. 

The investigation is ongoing.
