One person was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries following a three-vehicle collision involving a parked car in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Monday evening, September 14, 2026.
According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, the crash was reported at around 7:27 p.m. near the intersection of West Kalmia Street and North Pico Avenue. The call was transferred to the local fire department due to the nature of the collision.
One vehicle was parked when it was struck by the other two vehicles. A Tesla was identified as one of the vehicles involved in the crash.
North County Fire Protection District personnel responded to the scene, where glass was reported in the roadway. At around 7:54 p.m., paramedics transported one person to Palomar Medical Center with injuries of unknown severity.
The California Highway Patrol requested two flatbed tow trucks to assist with removing the disabled vehicles from the intersection.
No additional information about the circumstances leading to the collision was immediately available.
