Two pedestrians sustained injuries after a driver struck four people and an unoccupied parked vehicle in San Francisco on Friday night, September 11, 2026.
According to the San Francisco Police Department, officers responded to the incident at around 9:31 p.m. at the intersection of Webster and California streets.
Police said the driver was attempting to avoid another vehicle when he turned and struck the four adult pedestrians and the parked vehicle. Paramedics evaluated the pedestrians and an adult passenger in the involved vehicle.
Two of the pedestrians were transported to a hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. The other people evaluated by paramedics were released at the scene.
A preliminary investigation indicated that alcohol and drugs did not appear to be factors in the collision.
San Francisco police were investigating the crash.
