[09-06-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – One Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash Involving Semi-Trucks in Sylmar

One person was transported to a hospital after a crash involving two vehicles and two semi-trucks on the Golden State (5) Freeway in Sylmar, Los Angeles County, on Sunday morning, September 6, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 6:45 a.m. on the southbound 5 Freeway at the San Fernando Mission Boulevard off-ramp.

At least one vehicle overturned. Paramedics transported one person to Dignity Health-Northridge Hospital Medical Center for treatment. Information regarding the person’s condition was not immediately available.
