[08-30-2026] Tulare County, CA – Bicyclist Killed After Being Hit By Vehicle in Visalia

A bicyclist was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Visalia on Sunday night, August 30, 2026.

According to the Visalia Police Department, the collision occurred around 7:48 p.m. on Ferguson Avenue, west of Dinuba Boulevard.

Responding officers found a man lying in the roadway. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene. Authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity.

Investigators worked through the night reviewing surveillance footage from the surrounding area and attempting to identify the vehicle involved. Additional information about the vehicle or driver was not immediately available.
