A three-vehicle crash caused traffic delays on southbound Interstate 5 near Highway 120 in Lathrop, San Joaquin County, on Monday morning, July 27, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision was reported around 5:17 a.m. at the junction of southbound I-5 and Highway 120.
The crash caused traffic to back up toward French Camp while crews responded and cleared the scene.
All lanes were later reopened, and no additional information regarding injuries or the cause of the crash was immediately released.
The CHP continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
