[07-24-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle in Possible Hit-and-Run on East 41st Place

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in a possible hit-and-run collision in South Los Angeles on Friday evening, July 24, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, officers responded to the incident at around 7:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of East 41st Place near Central Avenue.

Firefighters responded to the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital. The extent of the victim’s injuries and their current condition have not been released.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
