A 23-year-old man was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Mead Valley, Riverside County, on Saturday evening, July 18, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at around 5:37 p.m. on Rider Street at Old Elsinore Road.
Witnesses reported that three vehicles were involved, including a white car that was severely damaged in the rear.
Firefighters who arrived on scene reported one patient critically injured, one with minor injuries, and one deceased. The victim has been identified as Christopher O. of Perris.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash and have not released additional details about the other injured individuals.
