[07-08-2026] Yolo County, CA – Two Crashes Block Lanes on Eastbound I-80 in Davis

Two crashes caused lane closures on the eastbound Interstate 80 in Davis, Yolo County, on Wednesday morning, July 8, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collisions were reported around 8 a.m. on the eastbound I-80 west of Chiles Road.

Authorities said the crashes caused property damage, but no injuries were reported. Two right lanes were temporarily blocked while crews responded and cleared the scene.

The CHP continues to investigate the circumstances of the crashes.
