[07-04-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – Woman Killed, Two Injured in Crash in Apple Valley.webpA 33-year-old woman was killed, and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Apple Valley, San Bernardino County, on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the crash occurred at the intersection of Wichita Road and Zuni Road.

Authorities said Lorena L. was driving northbound on Wichita Road when another driver allegedly ran a stop sign on Zuni Road and struck her Nissan Altima in the intersection.

The driver of the Toyota Camry, a 25-year-old man, became trapped inside the vehicle after it caught fire. He was later rescued and transported to a hospital. His current condition has not been released.

Lorena was pronounced dead at the scene. Two occupants of her vehicle were transported to a trauma center for treatment.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is continuing to investigate the incident.
