Silverado Trail in Napa County was closed for approximately three hours on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, following a two-vehicle crash involving an asphalt truck that overturned and spilled part of its load.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the closure affected the roadway between Oak Knoll Avenue and Yountville Cross Road.
Authorities reported that minor injuries were sustained in the crash, though it was not immediately clear which party was injured. One patient was transported to a local hospital via ambulance, according to the Cal Fire Sonoma-Lake-Napa Unit.
The road was initially closed around 2:30 p.m. and reopened shortly before 6 p.m., according to CHP and Napa County Sheriff’s Office reports.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the collision.
