[06-05-2026] Kern County, CA – Motorcyclist Injured in Crash with Semi-Truck on Highway 155 Near Isabella Lake

A motorcyclist suffered major injuries following a crash involving a semi-trailer truck on Garces Highway (Highway 155) near Isabella Lake in Bakersfield on Friday afternoon, June 5, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred just after 1 p.m. at Keysville Road. 

Other vehicles in the area were temporarily stopped due to the crash, though the roadway has since reopened.

The condition of the motorcyclist has not been released. CHP continues to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
