At least one person was injured after a vehicle crashed into the wall of a residence in Highgrove, Riverside County, on Sunday afternoon, May 17, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported around 4:20 p.m. at a residence located in the 20589 block of Bison Mesa Road.
Authorities stated that a black Honda Civic crashed into a brick wall at the property. The reporting party told officials that all occupants remained inside the vehicle following the collision, although the exact number of occupants was not immediately known.
An ambulance was requested for the injured driver. The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
