[05-14-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – Two Hospitalized in Four-Vehicle Crash on I-15 in Hesperia

Two people were hospitalized following a four-vehicle crash in Hesperia on Thursday morning, May 14, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision was reported around 7:06 a.m. on the southbound Interstate 15 just south of Ranchero Road.

Authorities stated that the crash occurred in the fast lane of the freeway. Emergency crews from the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the scene and confirmed that at least one person was trapped inside a vehicle, requiring extrication efforts.

Officials said five people were involved in the collision. Two patients were transported to St. Mary Medical Center for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been released.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the incident.
