[04-17-2026] Fresno County, CA – Ten Injured in Suspected DUI Crash at Maple and Olive Ave.

Ten people were injured following a suspected DUI crash involving multiple vehicles in Fresno on Friday night, April 17, 2026.

According to the Fresno Police Department, the incident began around 8:30 p.m., when a motor officer attempted to stop a vehicle. The driver fled the scene, and the officer lost sight of the vehicle.

Authorities later located the vehicle after it was involved in a collision with two other vehicles at the intersection of Maple and Olive Avenues. Investigators stated that the suspect vehicle was responsible for causing the crash.

Ten individuals were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries. The driver was arrested at the scene on suspicion of multiple felony counts of driving under the influence.
