[04-13-2026] San Diego County, CA – One Injured in Traffic Collision on Old Highway 395.webpA traffic collision on northbound Old Highway 395 near North Mission Road in San Diego County left one person injured and prompted a temporary diversion of traffic from Interstate 15 early Monday morning, April 13, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 8:17 a.m. and involved two vehicles: a gray Honda Civic and a gray Scion.

Emergency responders found at least one of the vehicles down an embankment. One person sustained injuries, though the extent of those injuries was not immediately known. The injured individual was transported to Palomar by M111 for treatment.

Units were dispatched shortly after the incident was reported, with at least one unit assigned to manage the scene and coordinate the response.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
