[03-28-2026] San Diego County, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash on Southbound I-15

A two-vehicle collision created a widespread hazard on southbound Interstate 15 near State Route 76 in San Diego County late Saturday afternoon, March 28, 2026.

The crash, reported at 4:19 p.m., resulted in significant debris scattered across all southbound lanes, with emergency crews working to clear the vehicles. One vehicle was secured in the center divide, while the other was moved to the right shoulder.

Medical personnel evaluated occupants at the scene before transporting them to Palomar Medical Center for further treatment.

Although the vehicles are no longer blocking traffic, motorists traveling on I-15 South through Fallbrook are urged to reduce speeds and proceed with caution due to the scattered debris.
