One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash east of Temecula early Monday morning, March 30, 2026.
According to Cal Fire/Riverside County Firefighters, the crash occurred just before 6:30 a.m. near the 79 South curve, west of Anza Road. One of the vehicles was blocking the roadway, and both vehicles sustained moderate damage.
A patient was transported by ambulance to the hospital with moderate injuries, according to Cal Fire spokesperson Maggie Cline De La Rosa.
The California Highway Patrol has taken over the scene, and no further information is immediately available.
