One person died, and four others were injured in a fiery three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Laurel Road and O’Hara Avenue in Oakley on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
According to the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, the crash occurred early in the morning, with the four injured victims taken to the hospital. Their conditions were not immediately known.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
