According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded to the collision around 5:49 a.m. near the intersection of West Drive and Pioneer Drive. 

Jonathan B., 22, was contacted by CHP officers as part of their investigation. At least two people were injured in the crash, though it is unknown whether Jonathan was among them.

Jonathan was arrested at the scene on charges related to DUI and causing bodily injury. He was arraigned in San Bernardino County Court on Thursday, February 19.
