Five people, including two children, were injured following a suspected DUI-related crash involving two vehicles in Fresno on Wednesday night, January 28, 2026.
According to police, the collision occurred just before 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of Clinton and Marks avenues.
Authorities stated that two adults and three children traveling in one vehicle sustained injuries as a result of the crash. The second vehicle was occupied by a single driver.
Police reported that the driver of the second vehicle was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. The five occupants of the first vehicle suffered injuries described as minor to moderate, including pain, cuts, and one fractured leg.
Officials said the injured individuals were reported to be in stable condition or had been released from the hospital. No injuries were reported for the driver of the second vehicle.
The collision remains under investigation.
