[09-10-2025] Hit-and-Run Suspect Ejected from Jeep in Crash While Fleeing Officers in KoreatownA hit-and-run suspect was ejected from their Jeep during a crash while attempting to flee from officers in Koreatown, Los Angeles on Wednesday evening, September 10, 2025.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers responded to reports of a hit-and-run around 6:30 p.m. near Kenmore Boulevard and Beverly Avenue. 

The Jeep, which was missing its front driver’s side and passenger side doors, was seen with damage to the rear and passenger sides, possibly sustained before it crashed into a parked vehicle. The crash then caused the Jeep to collide with a dark-colored pickup truck parked in front of it.

Medical personnel from the L.A. Fire Department transported the suspect to the hospital by ambulance, but their condition remains unknown. Police did not provide details on the hit-and-run victim or confirm if they were injured.

Reports suggest the hit-and-run suspect may have been a female, though LAPD has not confirmed this.
