[07-03-2025] Multiple Injured After Suspect Crashes Stolen Truck Into Home at Robinson and Dakota Multiple people were injured after a suspect driving a stolen truck crashed into a home in Fresno on Thursday night, July 3, 2025.

According to the Fresno Police Department, 30-year-old Lajazz S. stole a pickup truck while it was idling. Around 9:00 p.m., officers located the vehicle outside a business and attempted a traffic stop.

The suspect fled the area. Although officers on the ground did not pursue, air support monitored the truck until it collided with another vehicle and then crashed into a home at Robinson and Dakota avenues.

The impact sent the truck through the garage and into the family’s living area. Both drivers and four people inside the home sustained minor injuries.

The suspect was arrested at the scene and booked into the Fresno County Jail on multiple felony charges. Authorities stated that drugs or alcohol were not factors in the incident.

The crash remains under investigation.
