A motorcycle rider sustained multiple injuries following a collision with an SUV in Tracy on Friday afternoon, May 16, 2025.
According to the Tracy Police Department, the crash occurred at the intersection of Tracy Boulevard and Eaton Avenue.
Witness statements indicated that the motorcyclist was traveling northbound on Tracy Boulevard and reportedly ran a red light. At the same time, the SUV was turning left from westbound Eaton Avenue onto southbound Tracy Boulevard, resulting in a collision.
Authorities closed Tracy Boulevard between 12th Street and Beverly Place while the Traffic Unit conducted an investigation at the scene.
The motorcyclist, described as a man in his 20s, was transported to a local hospital with numerous injuries. His current condition has not been disclosed.
The crash remains under investigation.
