A Pine Grove man was arrested for driving under the influence and child endangerment after a single-vehicle crash in Sutter Creek on Monday night, April 21, 2025.
According to the Sutter Creek Police Department, officers responded around 9:00 p.m. to a reported crash at an undisclosed location in town.
Upon arrival, they discovered the driver had been operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Authorities confirmed that the man’s daughter was inside the vehicle at the time of the crash. No injuries were reported.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI and child endangerment. The Sutter Creek Police Department is continuing its investigation.
