At least one person sustained minor injuries after a crash shut down the eastbound lane of Highway 132 in Vernalis, San Joaquin County, on Tuesday afternoon, March 18, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene just east of Highway 33 at around 3:10 p.m.

The number of vehicles involved in the incident has not been confirmed. Authorities temporarily closed the eastbound lane as they responded to the crash.

Drivers were advised to expect delays in the area while the scene was cleared. The CHP is investigating the cause of the crash.
