The Sonora Police Department reported that emergency crews responded to the crash at Resolutions Skin Care and Laser Spa on Sylva Avenue shortly before 10:00 a.m.

Two people were inside the building at the time of the crash. One individual sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance, according to the Tuolumne County Fire Department.

Due to structural instability, crews worked to shore and secure the building.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
